How to Obtain a GST-Compliant Invoice
1. Enter GST Details at Checkout (Recommended)
- You can enter your GST Number only on the cart page before proceeding to checkout.
- Once entered, your order will be processed with GST details, and a GST-compliant invoice will be automatically sent to your email upon order confirmation.
- Note: GST details cannot be added at the checkout stage or after the order has been placed.
2. Download Your GST Invoice from Your Account
If you have entered your GST details on the cart page, you can download your invoice anytime from your account:
- Log in to your SteeringWear account.
- Navigate to My Orders and select the relevant order.
- Click on Download Invoice to retrieve your GST-compliant bill.
3. Request a GST Invoice via Email (If GST Details Were Not Entered at Checkout)
If you did not provide GST details during checkout, you may request an invoice manually:

Email us at invoice@steeringwear.com with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- A copy of your Registered GST Certificate (as an attachment)
- Our team will verify the details and issue a GST-compliant invoice within 48 hours via email.

Your order will arrive in a sturdy, eco-friendly cardboard package designed to protect your items during transit. Inside, you’ll find a personal letter from us, expressing our heartfelt gratitude for your purchase and support.
What printing method do you use for your products?
We use the DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing method, known for its durability and vibrant finish. This ensures your designs remain intact, even after regular ironing and washing. Our prints are tested to resist fading for over 150 washes, offering exceptional quality and longevity.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your order's journey. Please note that shipping typically takes 7–9 days to reach your location.
Do you accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizes?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you make an informed decision. We kindly request you to refer to the chart before placing your order, as sizing errors are not covered under our return policy.
